What is Aura Art House?
Aura Art House is an immersive neon paint studio where guests of all ages can express their creativity under ultraviolet lighting. Our rooms are designed to make every brushstroke glow, turning your artwork — and your experience — into something unforgettable.
Do I need any prior art experience?
Not at all! Our sessions are designed for everyone, whether you're a seasoned artist or picking up a brush for the very first time. Our friendly staff provides step-by-step guidance, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm.
What are your studio hours?
We are open Wednesday through Sunday. Weekday sessions run from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Weekend sessions run from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sessions take place every 90 minutes with a maximum of 10 guests per room. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Where are you located?

How do I book a session?
You can book directly through our website by clicking the "Contact Us" button, or give us a call at (+1) 123-456-7890. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend slots and group sessions.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
Walk-ins are welcome on a space-available basis, but we strongly recommend making a reservation to guarantee your spot. Our sessions fill up quickly, especially on weekends and during special events.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours may receive studio credit valid for 90 days. No-shows are non-refundable. For group bookings and birthday packages, please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in any denomination and make a perfect present for birthdays, anniversaries, or any occasion. They can be purchased in-studio or by contacting us online. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
👕 During Your Visit
What should I wear?
We provide protective ponchos and disposable booties for all guests, so your clothes should stay safe. That said, we recommend wearing clothes you wouldn't mind getting paint on — just in case! The neon paint is water-based and washes off skin easily, but may leave marks on fabrics.
Is the paint safe for children and people with sensitivities?
Yes! We use non-toxic, water-based neon paints that are safe for all ages. However, if you or a guest have specific allergies or skin sensitivities, please let us know in advance and we will provide ingredient information to ensure a safe experience.
Can I take photos inside the studio?
Absolutely — we encourage it! The neon environment is incredibly photogenic, and many guests share their creations on social media. Tag us @AuraArtHouse for a chance to be featured on our page. For professional photography or filming, please contact us in advance to arrange access.
Can I take my painting home?
Of course! Every piece you create in our studio is yours to keep. We'll provide a carrier bag to transport your artwork safely. Please allow your painting a few minutes to dry before taking it home. Our team is happy to help with packaging if needed.
🎂 Birthdays & Groups
Do you offer birthday party packages?
Yes! We offer two dedicated birthday packages — Standard Glow and Premium Aura — to make your celebration as special as you deserve. Both packages include a private room, dedicated host, and all art supplies. Visit our Birthdays page to learn more.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Our Premium Aura package includes a dedicated refreshment area where you're welcome to bring your own cake and light snacks. For the Standard Glow package, please contact us to discuss food arrangements. Outside catering is available as an add-on for all birthday bookings.
What is the minimum and maximum group size?
Our sessions accommodate groups from 2 to 10 guests per room. For larger groups of up to 30 guests, we can book multiple rooms simultaneously. Corporate and special events have flexible arrangements — reach out to us for a custom quote.
Is there an age minimum for the sessions?
We welcome guests of all ages. We recommend children be at least 5 years old to get the most out of the session. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Our staff are trained to make the experience fun and safe for every age group.
